Shipping policy

We ship within South Africa using Couriers Guy South Africa, which is a courier company where the drivers own their own businesses, so we are supporting local. The price paid in the courier charge is for anywhere within South Africa. We send an email with the Courier Guy tracking number as soon as your parcel has been shipped. Please check your junk mail for this number.

We are not responsible for any delivery delays experienced however we would like to be made aware so that we can assist in tracking a heavily delayed parcel.

For all tracking inquiries, please first go to thecourierguy.co.za and use the tracking number sent to you by email, to try and locate the parcel. But please do let us know of any issues you experience by emailing us on seraphiquestudio@gmail.com or message us via instragram. We endeavour to send all parcels out on the same day if the order is received before 12pm. All orders placed after 12pm will be sent the following day. 

Please note that Courier Guy have a clean floor policy which means that there should be NO DELAY in receiving your parcel. For major cities, they typically deliver within 48 hours and to outer-lying areas within 72 hours within the working week. They do not collect or deliver on weekends. Please notify us within 4 days after receiving the tracking information if you have not received your parcel and are unable to locate your tracking number on the Courier Guy system. We will then work with Courier Guy to locate your parcel.

Please kindly note that we are not responsible for the delivery time of your parcel. Once it has been dispatched from our premises, we have no control over the delivery whatsoever. However we will always assist in helping you locate a delayed parcel through our contacts at Courier Guy.
