General Returns

Return window: Within 14 days of purchase.

Condition: Item must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with all packaging, labels, and swing tags intact.

Refund method: Refund to the original payment method or store credit (your choice).

Refund processing time: Within 7-10 working days after receipt and inspection of returned goods.

International customers must pay for return shipping.

Local customers get one free return/exchange courier collection; subsequent collections are at their own cost.

Courier collection: Seraphique arranges it; a waybill is emailed (you must print it if you can).

One free exchange/return (company pays for courier).

Missed courier collection = counts as the first free exchange.

Regional/outlying areas: Customer pays courier fees.

Exchanges: Subject to stock availability.
