🛍️ Seraphique Return & Exchange Policy Summary

General Returns

  • Return window: Within 14 days of purchase.

  • Condition: Item must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with all packaging, labels, and swing tags intact.

  • Refund method: Refund to the original payment method or store credit (your choice).

  • Refund processing time: Within 7-10 working days after receipt and inspection of returned goods.

  • Shipping costs:

    • Original shipping charges not refundable.

    • International customers must pay for return shipping.

    • Local customers get one free return/exchange courier collection; subsequent collections are at their own cost.


Local Orders (Within Country)

  • Courier collection: Seraphique arranges it; a waybill is emailed (you must print it if you can).

  • One free exchange/return (company pays for courier).

    • Missed courier collection = counts as the first free exchange.

  • Regional/outlying areas: Customer pays courier fees.

  • Exchanges: Subject to stock availability.

  • Refunds:

    • Paid into original account used for purchase.

    • Reflected in 7–14 working days.

    • Sale items: No refunds — only exchanges or store credit.

  • Items from external markets: No returns; exchanges or store credit only (valid for 12 months).


International Orders

  • No exchanges or returns accepted (policy does not apply internationally).


Defective Product Policy

  • Items are considered faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described.

  • Not considered faulty if damage is due to:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Negligence or misuse

    • Poor care

    • Alterations

  • Faulty items can be returned within 6 months of purchase.

  • Assessment of faults is at Seraphique's discretion.

  • Items older than 6 months are not eligible for exchange.
